TAIYOTY-109X Alloy System
TAIYO lead-free TY-109X alloy by adding trace elements to improve the idea, the new alloy design concept, the development of SnBiX multi-eutectic alloy. The melting point of the alloy is 143 ℃, and the wettability is good. While ensuring the requirements of low-temperature welding process, the problem of poor reliability of commonly used low-temperature materials is fundamentally solved.

Wetting parameter performance

can be seen from the data SAC305 point reliability is the highest, TY-109X point reliability is slightly lower than SAC305, but significantly higher than Sn42Bi58 and Sn64Bi35Ag1.
TY-109X point is 6.6 times higher than that of Sn42Bi58 and 2.5 times higher than that of Sn64Bi35Ag1.
After comparing the above parameters, it is found that the TY-109X lead-free low-temperature energy strip is more excellent than the low-temperature lead-free Sn42Bi58 and Sn64Bi35Ag1 alloy commonly used at present.
